Offshore Inc Hong Kong Limited administers yacht registrations within Southeast Asia and our team have more than a decade’s worth of experience collectively. Our tenure within the industry has helped us forge good relationships with a number of maritime agencies and we can help streamline and provide better assistance than the run-of-the mill intermediaries who are treated as strangers as they make their applications. When problems arise, these relationships go the distance. Offshore Inc Hong Kong has those relationships.

Within the sphere of yacht registrations, many of our clients choose to own their vessels through a company that holds the yacht as its sole asset. This is an astute strategy as the company would mitigate any potential liabilities that would befall the direct owners personally. As such, Offshore Inc Hong Kong has developed similar relationships with the registrars of several of the best jurisdictions for this purpose. Our knowledgeable staff can quickly handle the necessary requirements for forming a company for this purpose or  for redomiciling one from a jurisdiction that has become less attractive due to changes in their laws.
